FAQs

Will all issues discussed on the call remain confidential?

Yes, all of our HR Partners sign a confidentiality agreement and you can find a copy of our T&C’s here.

Will I be supported by the same HR Partner each call?

Yes, you have the option to receive advice from the same person each time as long as they are continuing to work via Snippet. Alternatively, if you wish to switch to another HR Partner we can arrange that at your request.

How does usage-based-billing work?

Our HR Partners will complete timesheets detailing time spent supporting you. You will then receive an itemised invoice and have 3 working days to dispute any discrepancies before GoCardless automatically charge your account.

How do I cancel usage-based-billing?

You will only ever be charged for what you have used so, in effect, by not scheduling any further sessions you will be discontinuing the service. That said, if you’d like to completely cancel the Direct Debit and remove your file please just contact us at team@snippet.hr

Is the advice insured?

All of our HR Partners operate through their own Consultancy Ltd company and have professional indemnity insurance. You can read our full terms & conditions here.
